General Information
Purrsian Blue Catmint is a delightful perennial plant. It has a great deal of ornamental appeal, perfect for borders, flower beds and a variety of other sunny areas. It grows in a dense, rounded overall fashion. The leaves are small and deep green in color, giving the plant a good appearance during the growing season. The flowers bloom over a long season, from early summer to the fall. The flowers are small, but bloom in great abundance. They are a nice lavender blue in color. The flowers attract many pollinators, including bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds!

Nepeta faassenii 'Purrsian Blue' grows to a height of 14 to 18 inches, with a spread of 18 to 30 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 8. Purrsian Blue tends to grow best in full sunlight. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
