General Information
Junior Walkers Catmint is a nice, very ornamental perennial. It tends to grow in a nice compact habit, more so than the Walkers Low Catmint. It has a great benefit of not seeding out after the flowers, keeping it from starting little plants after the flowers fall! The leaves are small, but grow densely, giving the plant a nice full appearance. They are a very attractive bluish-green in color. The flowers bloom on spikes from late spring through summer. They are an ornamental lavender blue.
Additional Information
Nepeta x faasenii 'Novanepjun' grows to a height of 12 to 15 inches, with a spread of 24 to 30 inches. It is recommended for USDA climates zones 5 to 9. Junior Walker Catmint grows best in full sunlight. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
