Cranberry Cocktail Dianthus is a perennial plant. It is a shorter plant, reaching 10 inches tall. This plant has a dense growth habit, with flowers held above the foliage. The Cranberry Cocktail Dianthus is great for a variety of landscaping areas. The leaves are narrow, growing densely and nice grey green color. They give the plant a nice appearance through the growing season. The flowers are fully double and 2 inches in width. They are a beautiful magenta-pink in color. The flowers bloom in early summer and if trimmed back may rebloom in the fall.

Cranberry Cocktail Dianthus can grow in full to partial sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils. Once established, it is said to have good drought tolerance.
