General Information
Visions Astilbe is a perennial plant. It is moderate in size, growing up to 16 inches tall. It tends to grow in an overall upright and dense fashion. This plant is great for providing great color to a variety of landscaping areas. The leaves are oval in shape, deeply cut edges, with a course texture. They are medium green in color. The flowers grow in large clusters, typically beginning midsummer. They have a nice fragrance and a very attractive magenta-pink color.

Astilbe chinensis 'Visions' reaches a height of 14 to 16 inches, with a spread of 12 to 15 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. Visions Astilbe can do well in Full Sun to Full Shade conditions. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
