Raydon's Favorite Aster is a perennial plant. It will grow in a nice, mounded overall form, with a great deal of ornamental appeal. This plant will be a nice choice for a variety of landscaping spaces. It has deep green, fragrant foliage. This will provide an attractive appearance for this aster through the growing seasons. Raydon's Favorite Aster will have nice clusters of lavender-blue flowers. It will bloom in abundance beginning early fall. Attracts a variety of pollinators!

Symphyotrichum oblongifolius 'Raydon's Favorite' will be 2 to 3 feet tall, with a width of 18 to 24 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 8. Raydon's Favorite Aster will grow in full to part sunlight conditions. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils. Good drought tolerance once well established.
