General Information
Oregon Giant Snow Peas would be a great addition to your garden! They produce an abundant vegetable crop in spring and fall garden. These plants will grow up to 3 feet tall. These are vining plants and will need to grow on netting, a trellis or some form of supports. These vigorous pea plants, along with great production are also quite tasty. The pods will grow to 5 inches long, with a sweet flavor and crisp texture. They should be picked while the peas are small and the pod largely still flat. The Oregon Giant Snow Peas are great for fresh eating or for a variety of cooking uses. These seeds are from the Renees Gardens seed company. Each packet will weigh 20 grams, containing 90 to 95 seeds.
Additional Information
Oregon Giant Snow Peas can be planted from March to May to spring crop and July to August for a fall harvest. The seeds should be planted 1 inch deep, spaced 2 to 3 inches apart. Allow enough space for plants to fully grow. Seeds should germinate in about 7 to 10 days. The pods should reach maturity in approximately 60 days.
