General Information
Bulgarian Carrot Chile Peppers are a great choice for your vegetable garden. These peppers will bear a good amount of peppers over the growing season. They will mature into glossy, 3 inch long glossy orange peppers. The peppers will be quite reminiscent to baby carrots in appearance. The Bulgarian Carrot Chile Peppers do have a bit of heat, somewhere between Jalapeno and Habanero on the Scoville scale. The peppers are perfect for salsa or a variety of other cooking uses.
Additional Information
These seeds are typically best started early indoors. The seedlings can be planted outdoors once temperatures remain above 50 degrees at night. The seedlings should be planted about 1.5 feet apart to allow for full growth potential. These plants can mature to about 18 inches tall and wide. Each of the seed packets will contain approximately 40 to 45 seeds. Harvest can occur around 66 days after planting.

Prompt unpacking, proper watering, and a short recovery period in the shade help plants rebound quickly. Avoid heavy pruning and give your plant time to adjust as it establishes in your landscape.
