Gala Mache is a nice addition to your vegetable garden. This is an exclusive seed packet from Renee's Garden seed company. The Gala Mache has oval shaped leaves, forming delicious clumps of the Mache leaves. It has nice growth and has very good cold tolerant qualities, great for early spring or fall salads. It will have a delicate texture with a mild, slightly nutty taste profile. Perfect for a deluxe salad meal! Each of the seed packets will contain approximately 700 seeds.
Additional Information
Best planted directly in the garden in the early springtime. Can be planted in rows with seeds spaced 1 inch apart, or seed by broadcast method. Seedlings should be thinned to 3 inch spacing to allow for full growth potential. Seeds will germinate in approximately 14 to 28 days. Slow to mature plant, reaching harvest time in about 90 days.

- Plants may show signs of stress after shipping, such as bent stems or drooping leaves. This is normal. Prompt unpacking, proper watering, and a short recovery period in the shade help plants rebound quickly. Avoid heavy pruning and give your plant time to adjust as it establishes in your landscape.
