General Information
Rainbow Sherbet Icebox Watermelons are a great choice for your garden. These seeds are an exclusive mix from Renee's Garden seed company. The Rainbow Sherbet Icebox Watermelons provide great production. The three types of icebox watermelons included are: reddish-pink Tiger Baby, orange New Orchid and yellow Yellow Baby Watermelons. Seeds are color-coded to help distinguish varieties. The melons are smaller in size, reaching 4 to 7 pounds. The watermelon is dense and crisp, with a delightful sweet taste. It is perfect for fruit salads or slicing up for a picnic! Each of the seed packets will contain approximately 17 seeds.
Additional Information
The seeds can be started early indoors or planted directly in the garden. Watermelons do appreciate warmer weather, so plant outdoors when temperatures are consistently above 55 degrees at night. Give plants a nice amount of space as the vines can grow to be larger in size. Harvest may occur in around 68 to 80 days from transplant or direct seeding.

We treat your plant
like it's ours
- Before your plant leaves our greenhouse, it’s wrapped and supported to handle the journey ahead. Pots are sealed to prevent spills, plants are gently netted and staked for stability, and boxes are packed with biodegradable peanuts to absorb movement along the way. Thoughtful packaging helps your plant arrive happy, healthy, and ready to grow.
When your plant
arrives
- Plants may show signs of stress after shipping, such as bent stems or drooping leaves. This is normal. Prompt unpacking, proper watering, and a short recovery period in the shade help plants rebound quickly. Avoid heavy pruning and give your plant time to adjust as it establishes in your landscape.
