General Information
Green Envy Zinnia is a great choice for your flower garden. Along with ornamental appeal, these flowers are also ideal for cut flower arrangements. These heirloom flowers are from Renees Garden seed company. The plants form with strong stems to hold the flowers nice and upright. They can be taller, at upwards of 3.5 feet. The flowers are semi-double, with a very full petal appearance. The Green Envy Zinnia is a very attractive lime green to yellowish-green in color. They are great for attracting a variety of pollinators. Each of the seed packets will weigh .75 grams, containing approximately 100 seeds.
Additional Information
The seeds can be started early indoors or directly seeded in the garden. They can be planted once temperatures remain above 50 degrees at night. The seeds should be planted 1/2 inch deep, spaced 2 to 3 inches apart. Once the seedlings are established, they should be thinned to 8 to 10 inch spacing.
