General Information
Victoria Rhubarb will be a perennial plant. It will have a vigorous overall growth habit. This rhubarb will nice large leaves. They however are only ornamental and not for cooking uses. The stalks will be nice and thick. They are green in color, red toward the base of the plant. The Victoria Rhubarb will be great for a variety of desserts and sauces. It will be a nice choice for freezing or canning. The plant typically will begin to produce better in its second season. It will be a great low maintenance choice for your garden!

Rhubarb 'Victoria' will be 2 to 3 feet tall, with width of 30 to 36 inches. It is recommended for USDA planting zones 3 to 9. Victoria Rhubarb will grow well in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well draining soils.
