General Information

Lemon Balm would be a nice addition to your herb garden.  It is a fast growing, low maintenance plant in the mint family.  It can be grown in ground, but can spread.  This plant may be grown in a container to avoid some of the potential spreading issues.  The leaves are an attractive deep green in color, with a nice citrus fragrance.  They can be used to make tea or a wide variety of other uses.  Small white flowers may appear, bringing in bees!  Each of these seed packets will contain about 300 seeds.

Additional Information

These seeds can be started early indoors or planted directly into the garden.  This can be done after the last frost date in your area.  The will typically germinate in 7 to 14 days.

Shipping Notes

We treat your plant

like it's ours

  • Before your plant leaves our greenhouse, it’s wrapped and supported to handle the journey ahead. Pots are sealed to prevent spills, plants are gently netted and staked for stability, and boxes are packed with biodegradable peanuts to absorb movement along the way. Thoughtful packaging helps your plant arrive happy, healthy, and ready to grow.

When your plant
arrives

  • Plants may show signs of stress after shipping, such as bent stems or drooping leaves. This is normal. Prompt unpacking, proper watering, and a short recovery period in the shade help plants rebound quickly. Avoid heavy pruning and give your plant time to adjust as it establishes in your landscape.
