General Information
Love and Peace Rose is a great plant that could fit well in many different areas of your landscape. This is a moderate size shrub, growing up to 6 foot tall and 4 foot wide. It grows as a multi-stemmed, upright shrub. It would work well in a shrub border, along a walkway or to great effect in a mass planting. Although this plant is largely known for the flowers, it has other great features as well. In the early growing season, rose hips develop, maturing to a red color in the fall, giving nice fall interest. The foliage of this rose shrub grows densely, giving a very nice overall look to the plant. The leaves are smaller in size, growing in an oval shape with serrated edges. The leaves have a glossy appearance and have a dark green color. The flowers are large, up to 5 inches wide, with up to 40 or so petals in each flower. This flower has a yellow color at the center, with a bright pink color covering much of the outer petals and the tips of the inner petals. These roses will bloom from late spring until mid-fall.

- Before your plant leaves our greenhouse, it’s wrapped and supported to handle the journey ahead. Pots are sealed to prevent spills, plants are gently netted and staked for stability, and boxes are packed with biodegradable peanuts to absorb movement along the way. Thoughtful packaging helps your plant arrive happy, healthy, and ready to grow.
When your plant
arrives
- Plants may show signs of stress after shipping, such as bent stems or drooping leaves. This is normal. Prompt unpacking, proper watering, and a short recovery period in the shade help plants rebound quickly. Avoid heavy pruning and give your plant time to adjust as it establishes in your landscape.
