Skyrocket Juniper is a delightful shrub that will look good in a variety of landscape areas. It grows in a columnar fashion, up to 20 feet tall and 3 feet wide. The overall shape and size makes it perfect as a focal point, or as a great screen. The branches of the Skyrocket grow in an upright fashion. The foliage grows densely, giving the plant a nice full look. The foliage has a very nice silvery blue-green color. The shrub has a nice growth rate. Great versatile, easy care shrub.

Juniperus scopulorum 'Skyrocket' grows to a height of 15 to 20 feet, with a spread of 2 to 3 feet. It is recommended for USDA planting zones 4 to 9. It grows best in full sunlight. Skyrocket grows well in a wide variety of soils, with average amounts of moisture. It is said to have a good amount of resistance to diseases and insects.
