General Information
Cheyenne Privet is a deciduous shrub. It can be a larger sized shrub, growing upwards of 12 feet tall. It grows in an upright, dense overall fashion. The Cheyenne Privet is ideal for hedges, or for a variety of other landscaping uses. The foliage has a nice glossy appearance and is dark green in color. This privet can stand up well to shearing and shaping, but doing this may result in fewer flowers the next year. The white flowers are produced in clusters in the springtime. Berries mature to black in the fall. The Cheyenne Privet was developed in Wyoming, giving it great hardiness qualities!

We treat your plant
like it's ours
- Before your plant leaves our greenhouse, it’s wrapped and supported to handle the journey ahead. Pots are sealed to prevent spills, plants are gently netted and staked for stability, and boxes are packed with biodegradable peanuts to absorb movement along the way. Thoughtful packaging helps your plant arrive happy, healthy, and ready to grow.
When your plant
arrives
- Plants may show signs of stress after shipping, such as bent stems or drooping leaves. This is normal. Prompt unpacking, proper watering, and a short recovery period in the shade help plants rebound quickly. Avoid heavy pruning and give your plant time to adjust as it establishes in your landscape.
