Next Generation Pistachio Hydrangea is a deciduous shrub. It is a smaller sized shrub, growing to 3 feet tall. It will grow in an upright, largely rounded overall form. The ornamental appeal of this shrub makes it perfect for a variety of landscaping areas. The deep green foliage will grow densely, providing the plant with an attractive appearance in the growing season. The large flower clusters bloom over a long period, from late spring to early fall. The flowers will emerge light green, with pink accents. They will transition to deep pink with violet accents.

Hydrangea macrophylla 'Horwack' reaches 3 to 4 feet in height, with a similar width. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. Next Generation Pistachio Hydrangea can grow in full to partial sunlight. It will do better when protected from afternoon sun. This shrub will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
