General Information
Purple Pearls Beautyberry is an interesting plant that could work well in different areas in your landscape. This is a moderate sized shrub that creates a great deal of interest throughout the growing season. This plant tends to have an upright growing habit. The leaves and berries of the plant provide a good deal of contrast for many other types of plants. The oval shaped leaves emerge with a purple tinted dark green color, lasting through the summer before turning a darker purple hue as the fall arrives. In the mid summer months, clusters of pink flowers appear on the branches. Following the flowers, large clusters of tiny purple berries appear, creating tremendous appeal before and after the leaves fall. The cut branches look great in flower or fall arrangements.

We treat your plant
like it's ours
- Before your plant leaves our greenhouse, it’s wrapped and supported to handle the journey ahead. Pots are sealed to prevent spills, plants are gently netted and staked for stability, and boxes are packed with biodegradable peanuts to absorb movement along the way. Thoughtful packaging helps your plant arrive happy, healthy, and ready to grow.
When your plant
arrives
- Plants may show signs of stress after shipping, such as bent stems or drooping leaves. This is normal. Prompt unpacking, proper watering, and a short recovery period in the shade help plants rebound quickly. Avoid heavy pruning and give your plant time to adjust as it establishes in your landscape.
