General Information
Dandy Man Color Wheel Rhododendron is a beautiful evergreen shrub. It can grow to moderate size, reaching to 8 feet tall. It may possibly be smaller in cooler regions. It typically has an upright and rounded overall form. The leaves are narrow and oval in shape. They have a leathery texture and deep green color. The flowers bloom in abundance in the springtime. The flower buds are bright red in color, opening to deep pink to light pink flowers. The flowers will mature to bright white, before falling. All three colors may be present on the shrub at once!

Rhododendron x 'NCRX1' will reach a height of 4 to 8 feet, with a similar overall spread. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. Dandy Man Color Wheel will do well in full to partial sunlight. It does well with average amounts of moisture in acidic, well drained soils.
