Waterslide Hosta
General Information
Waterslide Hosta is a perennial plant. This hosta is somewhat smaller, reaching up to 15 inches tall. The hosta will form as an attractive mound of foliage, with flowers held on stems above. Waterslide Hosta will provide a very nice burst of color to shady areas of your landscape. The leaves have a ridged, wavy appearance, with a somewhat narrow shape. They are blue-green in color, keeping a nice look throughout the growing seasons. The flowers are lavender in color, typically blooming in mid-summer time.
Additional Information
Hosta ‘Waterslide’ will be 14 to 17 inches tall, with a spread of 28 to 32 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 9. Waterslide Hosta will do best in full to part shade conditions. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
