General Information
Tiny Tortuga Chelone is an ornamental perennial plant. It is a smaller plant, reaching 16 inches in height. It tends to have a compact and mounding overall form. Tiny Tortuga’s small size and ornamental appeal make it ideal for a variety of landscaping areas. The leaves have a deeply lined appearance. They are a nice dark green color through the spring and summer months. In the late summer time, clusters of deep pink flowers appear. Attractive to butterflies and great for cut flower arrangements!

Chelone lyonii ‘Armtipp02’ reaches a height of 12 to 16 inches, with a spread of 8 to 10 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. Tiny Tortuga Chelone can grow well in full to partial sunlight. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
