General Information
Stand by Me Lavender Clematis is a perennial plant. This is a bush form clematis, but will still perform best if provided with some form of supports to grow on. It will look quite nice in a variety of landscaping areas. The foliage is deep green in color, keeping a nice appearance through the growing season. The flowers grow in abundance from late spring into the summer. They are a beautiful lavender-purple in color, lighter in color toward the edge of the petals. Ornamental cream colored thread-like seed heads follow the flowers. Stand by Me Lavender Clematis is a nice choice for attracting pollinators!

Clematis ‘Stand by Me Lavender’ will be 34 to 38 inches tall, with a width of 24 to 36 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 7. Stand by Me Lavender Clematis can do well in full to partial sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well draining soils.
