Spring Grove Arborvitae
General Information
Spring Grove Arborvitae is an evergreen tree. It can grow to be larger in size, reaching up to 30 feet tall. This evergreen has a very nice upright, pyramidal form. It will have a dense growth habit, making it the perfect plant for a very attractive privacy screen. The foliage is evergreen, flat and ‘scale’ in shape. This foliage is dark green and glossy in color, keeping a nice appearance throughout the year. Spring Grove Arborvitae will fit well in a variety of landscape locations, with great cold tolerance and deer resistance.
Additional Information
Thuja plicata ‘Grovepli’ will be 20 to 30 feet tall, with a spread of 10 to 12 feet. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 8. Spring Grove Arborvitae can grow well in full to part sunlight conditions. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
