General Information
Red Hot Returns Daylily is a delightful perennial plant. It is perfect for borders, flower beds and a variety of other areas. It is quite tough, as it is unaffected by salt or black walnut trees. The leaves are long and narrow, arching outward. They are dark green, all through the growing season. The flowers are abundant, blooming all through the summer. The petals are bright red, with a greenish-yellow throat. Great for attracting butterflies and hummingbirds!

Hemerocallis ‘Red Hot Returns’ grows to a height of 24 to 28 inches, with a spread of 18 to 24 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. It can grow in full to partial sunlight. Red Hot Returns does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils. Not known to have to have serious diseases or insects issues.
