General Information

Raspberry Splash Lungwort is a very dependable perennial with attractive silvery, spotted foliage throughout the growing season.   Its clusters of dazzling, raspberry pink bells face upward.  This great plant will add  interest to any landscape. The Raspberry Splash Lungwort is generally grown for its attractive foliage, but the delicate blooms are an added bonus.  Use in containers, borders or for mass plantings.  Add unique texture and color to your cut flower bouquet.

Additional Information

Pulmonaria saccharata ‘Raspberry Splash’ grows best in Full to Part Shade. Drought tolerant.  Attracts hummingbirds. The name Pulmonaria comes from the coloring of the leaves which resembles a diseased lung. The silvery spots are actually air pockets that help cool the underside of the leaf.  Raspberry Splash Lungwort will grow 8-12″ tall with a spread of 12-18″.  Plant in zones 4 to 9.

Care & Shipping Notes

Easy to grow in average to moist soil.  Plants should be cut back hard after blooming to retain healthy foliage.  Tolerant to powdery mildew. Slugs and snails are occasional pests. Keep soil moist.  Divide in the fall if plants become too crowded.  NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN THESE US STATES AND TERRITORIES: AK, HI, GM, PR, VI.
