General Information
Rainbow Harlequin Carrots are a great addition to your vegetable garden. They have a nice length, growing up to 7 inches long. They have nice foliage above the ground, rounded at the top of the carrot, before tapering off to the end. This packet of seeds contains a great mix of colors, with purple, orange, yellow and white carrots. These carrots have different flavors for each color, with an overall sweet taste and crisp texture. They are great for fresh eating, juicing or in a variety of cooking uses. This seed packet is from Renees Gardens seed company. It will weigh 1.25 grams, containing approximately 850 to 950 seeds.
Additional Information
These seeds can be planted once danger of hard frost has passed. They can be planted from March to June and then July to August for fall harvest. The seeds should be planted at a depth of 1/4 inch, spaced approximately 1/2 inch apart. They should eventually be thinned to 2 inches, to allow for full sized growth. The Rainbow Harlequin Carrots should reach maturity in approximately 73 days.
