General Information
Pink Punch Radishes will be a great addition to your springtime garden. These seeds are from Renees Garden seed company. The plants are ornamentally appealing, with an attractive appearance for the bulbs. The radishes are a nice magenta-pink color. The interior of the radishes will be bright white. They will have a mild, crisp flavor in the cooler months, a bit spicier when the weather warms up. The Pink Punch Radishes are great to eat fresh, on salad or for a variety of other uses. Each seed packet will weigh 3 grams and contains 390 to 400 seeds.
Additional Information
Radishes can be planted as soon as soil is workable and temperatures have warmed a bit. This is typically February to May in warmer areas and April to May in colder areas. The seeds should be planted 1/2 inch deep and 1 inch apart in rows. Thin to 2 inch spacing to allow for full growth. Seeds typically germinate in 5 to 7 days. Radishes can be harvested in approximately 28 days.
