General Information
Passion for Red Daylily is a perennial plant. It is moderate in size, reaching 27 inches tall. This plant will form as a nice clump of foliage, with flowers held above. Daylilys a are great plant for their ornamental appeal, as well as great tolerance to a variety of difficult conditions. The leaves are narrow and long, arching outwards from the center of the plant. The bright green foliage keeps a good appearance through the growing season. The large flowers bloom in abundance beginning midsummer. The flowers are deep red in color, with a bright yellow center eye. They are great for attracting a variety of pollinators!

Hemerocallis ‘Passion for Red’ will be 24 to 27 inches tall, with a spread of 18 to 24 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 9. Passion for Red Daylily will grow well in full to partial sunlight. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
