General Information
Meteor Shower Verbena is an annual plant. This will be a taller annual, with an upright growth habit. It will have narrow, dark green foliage. This will provide a nice backdrop for the flowers held above the leaves. The small flowers are light lavender in color, borne in abundant clusters. The Meteor Shower Verbena will be in bloom from planting time until frost. It would be a great choice for containers or in landscape beds. The flowers will attract butterflies and hummingbirds!

Verbena bonariensis ‘INVEBPUTOW’ will be 20 to 30 inches tall, with a width of 8 to 12 inches. While this is an annual in northern areas of the country, it can be perennial in zones 7 to 11. Meteor Shower Verbena can grow in full to part sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
