General Information
The golden, yellow flowers of Jethro Tull Coreopsis grow above a compact mound of airy foliage. It features a dark yellow center disk, surrounded by tubular petals that are fluted at the ends. These bright, cheery blooms will grow in abundance during the Summer months. Great for edgings, group plantings, and naturalized settings. These golden flowers are great for cut flower bouquets.

Coreopsis ‘Jethro Tull’ is a Full Sun plant. It grows 12-36″ tall with a spread of 15-24″. Plant in zones 5 to 9. Jethro Tull is a hybrid cross of Coreopsis auriculata ‘Zamfir’ and Coreopsis lanceolata ‘Early Sunrise’. It is a native of North America and will thrive in dry conditions. It is a good plant for beginning gardeners. Heat and drought tolerant. Deer resistant. Attracts butterflies.

Easy to grow in dry to medium, well drained soil. Shear mid to late summer to promote re-blooming. No serious insect or disease problems. May be susceptible to crown rot if grown in moist soil, without good drainage. Good powdery mildew resistance. NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN THESE US STATES AND TERRITORIES: AK, HI, GM, PR, VI.
