General Information

The foliage of the Jacquemontii Birch is toothy, tapered and deep glossy green.  The tree grows with upright, oval habit.  Yellowish brown and green catkins appear in spring.  Cone like fruits follow the female catkins. Yellow fall color. Attractive exfoliating white bark provides extra interest. Jacquemontii is a native of Western China.

Additional Information

Betula jacquemontii grows best in Full Sun.  It will grow 35-40′ tall with a spread of 20-25′.
