General Information
This tidy, conical shrub is great for windbreaks, hedges, or for a pair framing a feature in your landscape. Makes a great feature plant alone in a design as well! Very densely branched, the beautiful soft fern like foliage makes quite a statement in any garden. Shears beautifully, even if kept in a low hedge as a replacement for boxwood. Tolerates most soils, is very low maintenance, and adds a welcome touch of green to the winter landscape!
Additional Information
Thuja occidentalis ‘Holmstrup’ grows best in Full Sun, but will tolerate light shade. It will grow 5-7’ tall with a spread of 2-3’. Plant in zones 3 to 8. Can spray with ‘Wilt-Pruf‘ to help prevent winter damage. Tolerates urban air pollution. Keep in mind that shipping size and height are an average of our plants and can vary by season.
