General Information
Heirloom Titan Giant Sunflowers are a great choice for your flower garden. The seeds are from Renee’s Garden seed company. The sunflowers will grow quite tall, potentially reaching 12 to 14 feet in height. The plant are quite strong, keeping an upright overall form. The flowers can grow to be quite large, with beautiful golden-yellow petals. The center seed disks will mature to deep brown in color. The seeds are edible and are great for attracting birds in the fall. The flowers are also quite attractive to a variety of pollinators. Each of the seed packets will contain approximately 30 to 35 seeds.
Additional Information
These seeds are typically started directly in the garden once danger of frost has passed. Seeds should be planted 1 inch deep, spaced 6 inches apart. Thin seedlings to 12 to 18 inch spacing to allow for full growth potential.
