General Information
Gold Lace Juniper is an evergreen shrub. It can grow to be moderate in size, reaching 4 feet tall. This juniper tends to grow in a more dense and compact manner than many others. The larger size and overall form will make it a nice choice for a variety of landscaping spots. The evergreen foliage is ferny and scale-like in overall form. It has golden-green color throughout the year, with the golden color a little stronger in the cooler months.

Juniperus chinensis ‘Gold Lace’ reaches 3 to 4 feet tall, with a spread of 5 to 7 feet. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. Gold Lace Juniper tends to do best in full sunlight conditions. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
