Glitters Like Gold Black Eyed Susan is a delightful perennial plant. It would be the perfect plant for a number of different areas in you landscape. This plant will grow in a more compact fashion that many other Black Eyed Susans. The foliage forms a very attractive deep green clump all through the growing season. What really makes this plant are the abundant flowers. The flower petals are narrow, with a beautiful bright yellow color and dark brown to black eye. Blooms over a long season, from early summer into early fall. Great for attracting a variety of pollinators!

Rudbeckia x Glitters Like Gold’ grows to a height of 2 to 3 feet, with a spread of 18 to 24 Inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zone 3 to 9. This plant does best in full sunlight. Glitters like Gold grows well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils. This plant is said to have much greater resistance to leaf spot issues that affect other rudbeckias.
