Description

Genie Magnolia

General Information

Genie Magnolia is the perfect tree for your landscape.  It is quite ornamental.  It is a small tree at about 10 feet tall, making it perfect for smaller lawns or anywhere needing great spring color.  The leaves are large and oval in shape.  They are slightly glossy and dark green, occasionally tinted with a bit of burgundy.  The flowers are the main attraction here though!  They are rounded and tulip shaped.  They emerge in the spring with a delightful purplish-maroon color, with the inner petal tips maturing to light pink.  The flowers may occasionally have scattered blooming later in the year.

Additional Information
