Judd Viburnum

General Information

Judd Viburnum is a deciduous shrub.  It is larger in size, at upwards of 8 feet tall.  It has a rounded overall shape, perfect for a variety of landscaping areas.  The foliage is oval is shape and are dark green in color throughout the growing season.  They are a very attractive burgundy to purple in the fall.  Large, abundant flower clusters form in the spring time.  They are white in color, with a delightful fragrance.  Berries form after the flowers, ripening to bluish-black by early fall. 

Additional Information

Viburnum × juddii grows to a height of 6 to 8 feet, with a spread of 6 to 10 feet.  It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 8. Judd Viburnum can grow in full to partial sunlight conditions.  It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
