General Information

Concord Grape is a vigorous, climbing vine that produces wonderful, blue-black, seeded grapes. It is one of the oldest cultivated grapes in America. In spring, panicles of fragrant flowers bloom followed by sweet grapes that typically ripen sometime around mid September. These grapes are wonderful for wines, juices and jellies. They are great for fresh eating as well, but they do have seeds. Self pollinating, but may produce better with a nearby pollinator. Grow along a trellis, fence or other support.
