General Information
Circus Circus Tri-Color Carrot is a great choice for your vegetable garden! This mix of carrots is fast growing, and visually appealing. The carrot varieties in the packet are: White Satin, Mokum and Purple Rain. These carrots are creamy white, bright orange and deep purple in color. They are long and cylindrical in shape, growing up to 8 inches long. They have a crisp, crunchy texture and a sweet taste. The seeds are from Renee’s Garden seed company. Each packet is .8 grams, containing 500 to 600 seeds.
Additional Information
These seeds can be planted once chance of hard frost has passed. Depending on your area, plant March to June and late July to August for the fall season. The seeds should be planted 1/4 inch deep, spaced 1/2 inch apart. Once growing, they should be thinned to 2 inches apart. The seeds will germinate in 10 to 20 days. They will reach maturity in approximately 70 days.
