General Information
Blue Mistflower is a perennial plant. It can be a larger plant, reaching to 3 feet tall and wide. Native to a broad area of the Southeastern United States. Nice green foliage will provide an attractive backdrop for the flowers. Blue Mistflower will have abundant flower clusters from summer to early fall. The flowers will be a beautiful bluish-purple in color. It would be a great choice for woodland gardens or a variety of other native plant settings. Great for attracting butterflies!
Additional Information
Eupatorium coelestinum will be 2 to 3 feet tall, with a similar overall width. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 10. Blue Mistflower will grow in full to part sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well draining soils.
