General Information
Beyond Midnight Caryopteris is a deciduous shrub. It is a smaller shrub, reaching about 2.5 feet tall. It typically grows in a nice, rounded overall fashion. It has great ornamental features, working well in a variety of landscaping areas. The foliage is narrow to oval in shape. It is glossy and dark green in color, keeping a nice appearance through the growing seasons. Beyond Midnight Caryopteris blooms in abundance in the late summer to early fall. The flowers are a very attractive violet-purple in color. They are great for bringing in bees, butterflies and hummingbirds!
Additional Information
Caryopteris x clandonensis ‘CT-9-12’ will grow 24 to 30 inches tall, with a similar spread. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. Beyond Midnight Caryopteris tends to do best in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
