General Information
Babette French Baby Carrots are a great choice for your vegetable garden. These seeds are from the Renee’s Garden seed company. These carrots have a delightful orange color, along with attractive deep green tops. The carrots have a nice, sweet flavor. They will be perfect for fresh snacking or for a variety of cooking uses. The Babette Carrots can be harvested at a size of 3 to 4 inches long, but may get a bit larger if left in the ground longer. Each seed packet will contain approximately 900 seeds.
Additional Information
These seeds should be started outdoors once the chance of hard frost has passed. The seeds should be planted at a depth of .25 inch, about .5 inch apart. The carrots should be thinned to a spacing of 2 inches to allow for full growth. They should mature in approximately 70 days or so.
