Description
Autumn Gold Ginkgo
General Information
Autumn Gold Ginkgo is a delightful tree with many great qualities. It is a moderately large tree, growing 50 feet tall and 30 feet wide, so some care needs to be taken when planting the tree. This is a male cultivar, meaning it will not have any fruits, which when they fall can create quite a mess. The ginkgo leaves are fan shaped, divided into two lobes. They are leathery in texture. In the spring and summertime the leaves are bright green in color. In the fall, the leaves have a great bright yellow color, typically persisting for a good amount of time.
