Amore Rose Bleeding Heart is a perennial plant. This highly ornamental plant will be a great choice for shaded areas of your landscape. The fern-leaf style foliage is deeply cut and lacey, blue-green in color. It will grow in a compact mound, providing a nice backdrop for the flowers. The flowers of the Amore Rose Bleeding Heart are held above the foliage on burgundy colored stems. The heart shaped flowers will be bright pink in color. They will bloom in abundance in the springtime.

Dicentra ‘Amore Rose’ will be 9 to 14 inches tall, with a width of 12 to 14 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. Amore Rose Bleeding Heart will grow well in part to full shade conditions. It will do well with average moisture amounts in well draining soils.
