General Information
Neon Flash Spirea is a deciduous shrub. This is a size controlled shrub, reaching 3 feet tall and wide. It will have a dense, rounded form, with great ornamental appeal. The Neon Flash Spirea would be a great choice for a variety of landscaping areas. The foliage will be deep green through the spring and summer months. It will turn beautiful shades of burgundy in the fall. Flower clusters will bloom beginning in the late spring. They will be a very attractive reddish-pink in color.

Spiraea japonica ‘Neon Flash’ will be 2 to 3 feet tall, with a similar width. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. Neon Flash Spirea will tend to grow best in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
