Abiqua Drinking Gourd Hosta
General Information
The leaves of the Abiqua Drinking Gourd Hosta form a unique cup shape. The attractive, blue-green foliage makes an excellent accent to other shade loving perennials. The leaves are heavily textured. In mid summer, spikes of pale lavender flowers emerge. Use in woodland gardens and as ground cover around the base of large trees. Excellent shady border.

The Hosta ‘Abiqua Drinking Gourd’ grows best in Part to Full Shade. It will grow 12-18 inches tall with a similar spread. Plant in zones 3 to 9. Hosta of the Year in 2014. Rabbit resistant. Attracts hummingbirds.
